Analytical Consulting Services

Precilab now offers an analytical consulting service which includes, but is not limited to, development of analytical methods in areas of:

• Semiconductor Chemicals Analysis
• Semiconductor Fab Support
• Ultrapure water analysis & QC

This service will be carried out at the customer’s lab on their instrument and will include the following:

• Instrument optimization in both hot and cool modes
• Preparation of standards
• Control of contamination
• Sample preparation
• Troubleshooting of the method
• Validation of results
• Laboratory setup

Precilab currently employs chemists with experience with the following ICP-MS systems:

• Varian 820MS
• Thermo PQ-Excel
• Thermo X-Series
• Agilent 4500 & 7500
