Requesting a Quote
For a request for quote, please e-mail as much detail about the analyte
and matrix to be tested to sales@precilab.com. If email is not available,
please contact Yves Gouanvic directly at phone number 972-661-8160 Ext 300.
The general information necessary for a quote is as follows:
- Chemical or material to be tested (an electronic copy of the MSDS would be preferred for non-standard semiconductor materials).
- Type of analysis needed.
- Specific elements or anions (see Trace Element List for current standard list of elements).
- Number of assay components (with relative concentrations where possible) for multiple component materials.
- Any customer specific details about the analysis required.
- Customer contact information (name, email, phone number, billing information, etc.)
- Number of samples and their frequency (one time project or if they will be submitted routinely).
- Describe any special experimental conditions required (assays at temperature, sampling to occur over 32 hour period, etc).
- Specify the analysis cycle time required (rush < 8 hours, next working day, weekend or holiday coverage).
- Specify how the quote should be communicated back (email, fax).
