  • PRECILAB provides the effective Method Detection Limits [MDL] and the recoveries for all measured samples.
  • For most chemicals, the MDL’s are less that 10 part per trillion [< 10 ppt] by ICP-MS.
  • All trace element and IC instruments are located inside Class 1000 or better clean rooms in order to minimize any environmental contamination. For specific ppt analysis,
    Class 1 hoods are used for sample pre-treatment for even better environmental control.
  • Each ICP-MS instrument has an individual clean box to ensure minimal contamination from the environment during the analysis itself.
